    To answer your questions:

Unboxing: Way too excited. I was in love with the Bold, but it felt too big in my hands (I have tiny hands, even for a girl). The Tour is a nice cross between the 8900 and the Bold. No cheap 'leather' back like on the Bold, and no cheap buttons like the 8900. This is an executive phone all the way.

SMS: Breezy and easy to use like every other BB. Snappy and great format.

Problems: No themes currently, which is typical for a new RIM release. I have to learn to type with the flat of my finger instead of the tip (but that's because I have nails). I used to type on my 8703e/8330 with my nails (which is seriously damaging), but you can't do that on this phone. The trackball feels almost flush with the screen, so at times it can be difficult to press.

Sleek: Oh yeah. This phone is f***ing sexy. People have stopped me on the street to ask what it is. My entire office of BB users is jealous. This is a sexy-ass phone.

Plasticy: Not at all. It has a good weight to it, so it doesn't feel cheap at all. The metal around the edge definitely looks great.

Camera: The camera on this trumps the 8330 (Curve) any day and twice on Sundays. There is a distinct and obvious improvement from the Curve as far as quality goes. It has the auto-focus which rocks, and a much softer 'click'.

Internet: The internet is very snappy. And running Pandora is completely pain-free. There's no weird lag times or anything.

Battery: I listen to Pandora on it all day (8am to 4:30pm) and that only uses about a 1/4th of the battery life. I also text, IM (Yahoo! and Gtalk), and take the occasional phone call during the day. I haven't ever reached low battery status even if I go from 8am to 5am (like I did a couple nights ago).

    Hope that helps!
